Window Trim Strip
After picking up my GL from a weeks worth of warranty work at the dealership, the driver's side trim strip blew off in the wind.
It is a rubber extrusion that fits between two rails, one of which moves and makes it hard to engage. Anybody got any tricks to get it back in?
I'd rather rebuild an engine than deal with trim!

Figured out the problem. The inner plastic rail that holds the rubber has separated from the outer. US sourced part???

Call the service manager and explain the situation. I'm sure they were glad to do all the work recently and can appreciate your business. If you make an appointment to have the additional work done, I don't thing the mileage will not be an issue. Especially if the new problem is even remotely related to recent issues they corrected.
