Anyone knows the offset on 2010/2011 GL450 19- and 20-inch wheels?

Anyone knows the offset on 2010/2011 GL450 19- and 20-inch wheels?
I am trying to upgrade the wheels on my GL450 and was trying to decide the best offset and wheel width combination. Would appreciate if anyone can tell me what the offset id on the 19 and 20 inch wheels on 2010/2011 GL450s

Never mind, I found the answer in the GL online manual that was already posted. the offset is 56mm

97 S600 coupe/gf 16 C300 Lux. Former: 08 GL450, 83 300D, 97 C230, 08 c300 luxury, 92 500SL, 93 400E
I see the offset is 56, but what is/how would you calculate the offset for plus-sized wheels? 20x10 aftermarkets seem to all be 45 offset. Is this correct?

No, most of the ones meant for the GL450/350 are ET50.
