Yellow vertical line on backup camera

Yellow vertical line on backup camera
Not sure if this normal but in some conditions, I see a yellow vertical line from the backup camera. I am assuming it's from the sun but I'm not sure. Has anyone experienced this on their '11?

Yup, I see it sometimes when the sun is behind at an angle. I am guessing some kind of lens flare...

Yep all backup cameras do that in the sun. I had an aftermarket Pioneer on my CLS with backup cam, sun would create lines. Nothing to worry about. Though it can defeat the purpose of a backup cam sometimes.
