You can't turn the air suspension on or off. If you drive on bumpy roads, then probably it adjusts a lot. If you think its acting up, i'd just go to the dealer and have them check it out. Have a good weekend!

If you are inside the car with the windows up you should not be able to hear anything to do with the air ride at anytime. Even idling, and manually selecting the high or low setting i hear nothing inside the car. I'd take it in once you can replicate the problem for the service adviser.
