There are no incentives that i know of at the moment. If your dealers selling a lot of them, then they probably won't have any deals from the dealer. But sometimes, rarely, MB sometimes gives incentives, but thats rarely.
I think you should consider a GL450, beucase i had a GL550 and i really didn't see that big of a difference. It basically is a couple seconds quicker, and looks beefier. And also, chugs gas like it is it's job. LOL. I think it comes down to personal preference.
