Passenger rearview mirror not working?

Passenger rearview mirror not working?
Me again.
My passenger mirror does not move up/down and right left but it does retract.
I tried with the mbstar to activate it and still no go so the switch is out of the question.
1-Are there 2 motors one for r/l and one up / down or one motor that does the 2 fuctions?
2-Is there a fuse for these 2 functions?could not find it in the fuse chart(my right mirror works )
3-how can I get to these motors?

Same thing happened to my passenger rear view mirror. The dealer fixed it while in the shop for something else by plugging in a loose connector. I don't know if the connector that comes loose is in the mirror housing or not (the SA didn't say - or know)

Do you guys set the mirrors to 'always retract' when parking? I have turned off the mirrors folding setting, because I assumed that using them always will wear out the motor...
