I verified that I needed to get new a new type of TPMS in my wheels to have it compatible with my '10 GL450 (used to have an '07). If anyone is interested in the set of 4 for any GL from '07-'09 please PM me and we can work something out other wise it goes on Ebay!!!!

These things have batteries in them that are rated for 4-5 years IIRC.

If yours are original 2007s, they don't have much life left.

What will happen if you run 07 sensors in 2010 wheels? I'm doing a rim swap also( putting on 24s). I just ordered sensors off ebay. I thought they were all the same

I don't know - I never tried it. I would assume you just get an error in the dash telling you that it cannot read the tire pressure? Maybe try and see what happens? Its actually the same mhz freq - but different manufacturer (siemens vs schrader).

They won't work, I accidentally ordered the wrong one's and got the tpms inactive message everyday.

Now I have the correct set and it works just fine. I still have a brand new (Well, installed for a week) set of sensors exactly like the ones above if anyone needs a set.

Otherwise, mine will go on eBay too
