SOS, service and info button's in new CPO 2008 GL 450

SOS, service and info button's in new CPO 2008 GL 450
Just picked up a CPO'd 2008 GL 450 and in testing all the features, tried the SOS, info and service button. None of them work. It's as if they are just totally unresponsive. Any thoughts on what I need to do to get them to work?

Funny, I tried the SOS button on my 2008 CPO GL450. It DID ring but I hung up because I did not want to be charged for the call. No one called back, but I did start to get mail asking me to re-register the car for MBRACE. As CPO, I think you are entitled to 2 months of MBRACE, but I am probably mistaken.
