2011 E350
I have a 2011 E350 and I have tried the method but still didn't work. Any idea?

Close all doors
Turn the key to position 1
Hold down phone on steering wheel
After few seconds, hold the OK button on the steering wheel
But, nothing happens, whereas it worked for C300.
