Rear window washer fluid

Rear window washer fluid
Mine is 09 GL450.
I have to turn the switch 3~4 times to get the rear window washer fluid.
It did work if I turn the switch just once for 3 years. The dealer checked and told me that 09 GL450 is not equipped with a check valve in the line, so they have to get special permission to do this. I'm waiting a call from them.
Anyone had same problem before? or any idea?

2015 Ram 2500, former 2013 GL350, 2007 GL450
I've always held the button on until I get the fluid I want. I'll have to check to see if just pushing it once actually works on my 2007.

Sounds like a mechanical issue (pump / line) of some sort. In my '09, it does take a couple seconds for the fluid to make its way back there.
