2011 GL350 transmition Acting up!!!

2011 GL350 transmition Acting up!!!
Got the car for over a year and since the beginning I did not like how tha car shifts in the first 3 gears and had the dealer check it 3 times and of course like always they say nothing is wrong the software is updated and so I learned to live with it. Today after driving the car for an hour or so I came to a point where I was parking and so I put the car in R give it a little gas and car seemd shaking and slipping in that gear and than I put it in drive to finish parking it and same thing car was shaking even felt like jumping a little and slipping the gear, I did not finish parking and went for a drive around to see if it was happening in higher gears and it was shifting normal. I came to a stop put the car in P shut it off for 10 seconds started it again pressed the brake put it in drive gave it a little gas and bammmm again it slips jumps hesitates to move for like a second or two, same thing in R. Later after having the car parked for 4 hours when I came back same weird tranny problems occurred??? Anybody here delt with a similar issue or this is a first? Maybe I press the gast pedal too fast after throwing the car in a gear 
I don't know??? Like always any help is greatly appreciated. Car is going to the dealer on Monday as I already called them and asked if I can drive it there or if they want to pick it up and I was told to drive it there.

Car is at the dealer for two days and no word on what's wrong with it... Good part about it is that I get to drive a brand New ML...
