Torque for shock replacement

Torque for shock replacement
Ok if have gone through the factory manual plus another one. I am looking for the torque for
1. The upper control arm nut.
2. The bottom bolt for the shock.
3. The sway bar end link to the shock.
Many torque's are listed but I can not make out from the words, which of them apply here.
