esp activates while turning above speed 30 kmph

esp activates while turning above speed 30 kmph
need urgent help esp activates all the time when vehicle speed is above 30kmph and when vehicle is at the round about it happens when turning right or left its a gl350 4 matic.
i have swaped all 4 tyres checked wheel allignment swaped scm alongwith the coloumn and the steering is in straight ahead position swaped all wheel speed sensors esp control unit yaw rate sensor airmatic control unit with another car checked all ground wires but the problem is still there

have the car read. does it store any codes?
also, abs and esp may act up when the battery is on its way out.
do you run aftermarket wheels? tires? if speed/ rpm/ air intake ratio is not within factory specs esp will not be happy.

what does it do? does the light only comes on or it tries to interfere with your braking?
have the car read. does it store any codes?

sandesh - you didn't say what year your 350 is or if it is still under warranty. If it is in warranty, the control module for the ESP probably needs to be replaced. Otherwise you may have to live with it.
