Appreciate your suggestions/recommendations:
1. 2012 used GL450 with 11K milage quoted price is $ 59k with the below features.

1. Price appears to be in the ball park. Is it MB certified used? If not, I would hold out for one that is certified.
2. Didn't even think the MDX is the same league as the GL450.
