DMV Transfer Fees Arizona ans Smog
If I sell my 2012 GL350 in California to a buyer who lives in Arizona and the vehicle is going to be registered in Arizona are there any DMV fees/taxes the buyer pays to California? What fees does the buyer pay to DMV Arizona and does the GL350 pass all states emission requirements? Is the 2012 GL350 emissions built the same for California vehicles and vehicles in other states and if there is a difference does the California GL350 have any loss of horsepower or mileage?

I am not sure about a sale, but we just moved from Cali to AZ and we had to pay full registration fees ($869) and $25 for plates. Unless the buyer lives in Phoenix or close surrounding areas there is no smog required. Hope this helps some.
