Closing deal tomorrow. 12700 miles, p1,p2 rear entertainment, blind spot, appearance pkg, wood wheel,illuminated sills, lighted running boards,parktronic, trailer hitch. Certified . In service date of 7/11. 77k original sticker

2011 GL 350-Lighting Pkg-P2-Parktronic-Blind spot assist-Heated everything-Running brds ,etc
IMHO, the dealer is making up for the excellent price on the GL by giving you 38K on the BMW... Without the trade, the GL price is probably a nice one.
