Looking a Bull Bar for my 320 and it says it fits 450's

There is some extra 'stuff' on the 320 CDI that isn't on the 450. Charge air cooler and associated plumbing comes to mind but the exterior parts are identical - including the parking sensors. Mounting might be affected if a bit of plumbing is in the way somewhere underneath.
