20 inch Alloy Wheel Dent Marks from New Tire Mounting

Went to have 4 new Hankook Ventus ST 285/50R20 RH06 installed, wheel balanced and alignment done by a local gas station who uses Roadforce. Test drove the truck runs well and quiet in freeway. Went home towel off dusts and liquid residue and found dent marks around lognut area. One was seriously dented, the other was very slight which I am ok. Pretty sure came from that shop because this was the first time tire being replaced and just went to dealer two days ago to replace LED brake light and got a car wash and found no marks on my wheels. Does anyone know what might be causing that? I called the shop immediately and they denied and wanted me to go back and show them the wheel tomorrow. The two dented wheels were conveniently installed at the passager side with the seriously dent one at the rear (trying to hide it?) See picture below:

Update: The shop admitted it was the marks from big lug nut that used to hold the rim during balancing. I examined the big log nut which interior was made from hard plastics, even that will scratch the Alloy wheel. They agreed to fix it, yet to hear back from them. Besides the dent everything seemed done correctly, even lined up the yellow dot on tire (low weight) with the stem.

I had a shop do something similar to the wheels on my BMW about 5 years ago. They sent them out and they were repainted, but last year the paint started to flake off. Make sure they send them somewhere reputable.

Thanks for the head up Sak! Actually that's what they planned to do next week. They would hoist up my truck and leave it there for two days while sending the wheel out for repair. I am seriously thinking not to have it done.
