Mercedes GL450, 2007 - getting lots of errors after replacing relay

I needed to check some fuses in F58 (Engine compartment fuses and relay box) and I removed one of relays with part number (002 542 11 19). Turned on the ignition without that relay and got red screen on dashboard something about transmission. I put relay back and everything worked well even better. The car seems become more responsive with gear shifts. Then suddenly I got check engine light on. I checked the codes and got bunch of them. I cleared them out hoping that these were recorded and stored during relay removal. Now, the check engine light on immediately got back. The car drives OK. Not sure what it is really happening but afraid to drive it now. It all happened at once. I don't think so many component can be damaged at once. Most likely some wiring issue.

Any ideas of what this can be will be a great help for. Thank you!

The codes I have:

1.
Code 1074: Y22/6 (variable intake manifold switchover valve) : Short circuit
to ground (P2009)

2.
Code 0155: Component Y110 (Three-disk thermostat valve) has an open
circuit in the wiring. (P0597)

3.

Code 0443: Heating of component G3/4 (Right O2 sensor, before TWC
[KAT]) : Open circuit (P0030)

4.
Code 0447: Heating of component G3/3 (Left O2 sensor, before TWC [KAT])
: Open circuit (P0050)

5.
Code 1070: Y32 (Air pump switchover valve) : Short circuit to ground (P0414)

6.
Code 0522: Diagnosis of tumble flap 'Intake manifold' : Open circuit of sensor
lines / Tumble flap shafts stick in the nonactuated position.
(P2006)

7.
Code 0426: Heating of component G3/6 (Right O2 sensor, after TWC [KAT])
: Short circuit to ground (P0037)

8.
Code 0430: Heating of component G3/5 (Left O2 sensor, after TWC [KAT]) :
Short circuit to ground (P0057)

Remove fuse box. Check connections underneath. You have shorted something to ground or lost ground somewhere.

This is common as the fuse box is fragile.

Thank you. Problem solved. I misplaced one of the fuses.

I'm writing to update the topic. The topic was very useful to me. My GL X164 2011, was accumulating the following error codes, constant errors. Burnt fuse. All these systems for one common fuse.

1186 Y22/9 (Intake Manifold Tumble Flap Switchover Valve):Short
Circuit To Ground(P2009)
CURRENT And
STORED
1070 Y32 (Air Pump Switchover Valve):Short Circuit To
