Jelled fuel won't cause slow cranking - it will simply stall. Wrong viscosity lube oil for that temp might cause slow cranking. But first check to see if the original battery has been replaced [If the carpet under the passenger seat (US car) has NOT been cut, your battery is original and has given out]

You need a new battery. Even if you don't- I would start there. If original battery it's time is up.

If engines cranks normal during a warm start up (after you've been driving for half an hour or so) and cranks slow after sitting outside in cold for 10 hours or so, replace the battery.

I know it sounds like a batt problem, but supposedly the dealer replaced about 10000 miles ago??? Guess I'm going to have to take a peek and check terminals too. wtf
