Headlight melt.....has anyone ever seem this?
So bizarre. Can just the bulb assembly be replaced?

E55, GLS450, GL63, GLE350
Don't think it can be repaired unless you buy a used headlight and swap out just that piece. If you are doing that, you might as well just put in the used one.

Looks like that was cuased by using a bulb with very high wattage. The extra heat just melted the reflector. If that is the stock bulb, I've never seen it happen on a GL.
