2009 GL450 Service B
My Service B indicator light is on and I wanted to know if anyone knew what was involved with this service? In addition to oil change and tire rotation, they told me a tranny flush - although at 25,000 miles I thought it might be too soon and they were just selling me a bill of goods. Told me it would cost around $550 for the entire service. I'm not a DIY'er, but was thinking maybe I could go to my local mechanic for less. Thanks.

That seems like a good price for a full service with a trans flush from a dealer.
You can certainly find an Indy for less, but make sure they come well recommended.
