New set of Airspirngs, still sinking at one side!! What?!!

Hi all,

Yesterday my X164 lives again

2 weeks ago my 320CDI had the driver side (right, as I am in Australia) front air spring went BOOM. So I took the opportunity replace ALL 4 air springs (using the Arnott Industry's). When pick it up last night, drives a dream. Once vehicle has started Air spring goes up and down accordingly like brand new. Awesome.

But the funny thing is I found the driver side front still sinking this morning after I left it on the drive way over night... and then in the carpark when I pick up the car to go have a lunch. Again once the car has started airspring goes up very quickly like brand new.

If Airspring is not the cause, what else can be?! Would like to hear your opinions. Thanks

Something is leaking between the bag and the valve block.

there is only the "air tubes" connecting between the bag and the valve block, right?

Just an update.

Ok, it was the front suspension (driver side) top connector.

To test it, rise the car to highest suspension setting (if you have off road pack). A very significant air leaking sound was happening.

Mechanic first

1) lower the car
2) then undo the connector
3) replace the o-ring
4) put a new o-ring and also put extra masking tape around the o-ring
5) re do and tighten up the conncetor.
6) Done.

2 days so far, no leaking, nor lowered front suspension over night.
