water leaking

water leaking
I was having some (major) electrical issues back in November and when I took the vehicle to the $tealer it turned out to be water in the battery compartment and spare wheel area. They just said that someone spilled the water. Incompetent $tealer is a common thing now days. I believed that BS till last week when I've discovered water in the same area again. At this point I'm pretty sure I have a leak from the outside but you can't actually tell that until you look under the carpets or something goes wrong with electrical components. None of the carpers in any areas were went in the vehicle.
Would any of you have an idea where can I start looking? I've found this so far:

PS: Vehicle was never in car accident or had any body damage.
