Will 275/60R20 (33") tires fit a GL320 CDI?

Will 275/60R20 (33") tires fit a GL320 CDI?
I live in Utah and want AT tires. Better yet, I want 33" AT tires.

Factory MB 19" and 20" tires are about 31" diameter. I'd like to get 20s and install 275/60R20 (approx 33" diameter) because there are many AT tire options in this size and it will increase my ground clearance. Will this fit without modification? Thanks!
