looking at a used '12 - warranty question Please

Been looking and i think I found a great car for my wife.
2012 GL450 White/tan with 27K miles and what seems like a P2 package since it has cooled seats
Only problem I see is significant wear on the front seat.
Pic should attach below.
Can anyone tell me if this would be covered under the factory bumper to bumper warranty or would it be considered normal wear?
The car is at a used car dealer in Florida and I am in Georgia - so its hard to take it in for service before i buy.
I will probably contact my local dealer with photos tomorrow, and maybe see if the FL dealer would take it to a local MB dealer to have it inspected but maybe people could chime in with their experience.
Thanks in advance.

Spoke with the dealer today - its actually an MB dealer in FL.
Seems like they already repaired it and the photos I was looking at were old. I had a tech on the phone and he seems to think it was more shiny on the driver than the passenger side so they either had it repaired with some form of touch up - in which case it will show its ugly face again-
or seat pan was replaced altogether- hopefully option B
Thanks again
glad to be part of a new forum
The bigger problem is why does it look like that after 27k miles? I have 150k miles and mine looks brand new.
I'd be hesitant about buying that truck without either a)picking through it with a fine-toothed comb in person, or b)having a dealer pick through it.
If that's the way the seat looks, how is the rest of the truck? Not saying this one is in bad shape for sure, but I'd be surprised if it didn't have lots of little dents/scratches, broken switches/knobs, curb rash on wheels, etc.
Most people who beat up a car to get the seat like that don't take care of the rest of the car either. Sounds like a short term lease where they just refueled it and returned it.. never washed it or serviced it.
Be very careful before buying. Might turn out to be a great truck with a bad seat cushion, but make sure that's all that is wrong with it.
