2008 GL320cdi
Inherently Low Emmission Vehicle

Can anyone tell me if a 2008 GL320cdi is considered an ILEV. Tennessee has HOV lanes that allow these but I can't understand the federal standards.
Thanks!

No, the GL320 is one of the most polluting cars on the road for that year.

Our stupid government doe snot understand the efficiency of diesels and is (STUPIDLY) applying overly strict emission requirements of them so they can promote the (stupid) idea that electric cars and hybrids are the only what to efficiency.
(Did I mention how stupid they are?)
