Totally opposite of what you're looking for but it must be possible if this guy did it
I had started an earlier thread about off roading [though not this much^] earlier so I'm interested to see if anyone on the board has actually done any mods around offroad stuff.

Cant you just use washers on the ride height sensors? Unbolt the sensor, add a washer and re-install, then measure the height difference. Use the change to determine how many washers you need for a given height.
