2007 GL450
Premier wood door trim
Hello, newb here. Wondering if you could tell me a bit about my used 2007 GL450 wood door trim. It's the PE. The wood appears to be natural and unpolished. Not like a high gloss laminate I'm accustomed to seeing in my BMW's. Any idea of the color name? Is it supposed to look like this or has the sun completely turned it from glossy to an almost cork like appearance. Stock images only. I can get closer images soon. Thanks.

I have the 2007 MB sales booklets and also the "Press" release packet.
The U.S. GL's show two wood options: Birdseye Maple and Burl Walnut. The European models also show a "Pale Birch" option which looks very much like the wood trim in your picture.
