Why don't any of the D1S HID Aftermarkets Work on the '07 GL
Hi,
Trying to replace the oem HID's and phillips says they are D1S bulbs but when I try to buy them on ebay, all the compatibility charts says these bulbs don't work with '07 GL450????
Anyone have ideas or what bulb does work or where to get them?

Does it say it does not work on the packaging or are you getting a bulb out / error on the dash?
I suspect what you're seeing/reading about is the SAM picks up the wrong type of bulb and sends the alert to the dash screen and that's a known issue. There for the bulb mfg states that.

Some early 07 GLs with HIDs used a different bulb. (So I have been told)
If yours uses a D1S, then any D1S should work.
If yours uses a D1S, then any D1S should work.
