2007 Mercedes Benz GL450 4MATIC, 2017 Infiniti QX80, 2017 Nissan Titan SV
GL450 Problematic!!
Parents purchased a 2007 GL450 in October 2013 with about 76k miles and the car was perfect until we had to replace the A/C Compressor around May 2014. Now it's April 2015 and as my mom and I were riding the car dropped to the left side on the front! We luckly mad it home safely and had a tow truck bring the car to our local Mercedes Benz dealer! This car is really causing trouble! What's next?



How far the car dropped.

if it rides on original shocks it is about time for the fronts to give out.

the rears bags either gave out earlier and were replaced or are overdue lol..

2008 mercedes c350
Order through aronott.com they are fairly cheep and offer a lifetime warranty. Just replaced both my backs (15 min job) with a friends lift.

Yep. To say we bought a 2003 Tahoe new and haven't had any problems besides regular maintenance. According to the carfax on the GL, it has 39 service records which is not so good...

Yep, MBs need a good bit of service, and MB owners (especially the first with warranty) are happy to oblige.
If your GM has the features of the MB it would be long gone by now.

That makes sense but since we didn't purchase our MB from the MB dealership, I don't think we were able to get a warranty through them so we got it from the luxury car dealership we purchased the car from. Turns out the problem was the strut and they are charging about $1.1k for fix it and we've already spent $7k on this car in repairs alone. Our warranty didn't cover struts only the AIRMATIC suspension compressors etc.
