Keyless go not working

Keyless go not working
2012 cpo gl450. Have had this for a few weeks using only one of the key fobs. All features work. Today I tried the second fob and only if I press the the unlock or lock keys does it work. None of the keyless go features work including pressing the start button. It states no key found.
The other key works fine. The dealer said they replaced both batteries. Is it possible the second one has a weak battery? Or do I need to "register" the second fob somehow?

Since it is CPO it must be a Mercedes dealer. Take it back to the dealer (both fobs) and have them adapt both the keys to the car. Should be covered under the CPO.

Thanks. I live a little distance away from my dealer so was hoping that it was as simple as some key combination to register the fob. Looks like it will be easiest to just take it back to the dealer.

I have the same issue and found this video on YouTube
They say it's not worth going to dealer and paying for a new one because it is a factory issue.
I just received the Acrylic Conformal Coating I need to complete the job from amazon. will work on it when I have the time. I have two doors to work on. Hope this helps
