2012 GL350 GPS QUESTION
I recently purchased a 12 GL350 CPO. Truck is running great, no issues except that the GPS won't store any addresses or destinations. It uploaded the contact list from the phone without difficulty. It finds locations and navigates to them fine, but won't save these destinations to address book. We can only access them via the previous destination menu which is somewhat tedious
The error message is "Saving Procedure Unsuccessful"
This occurs if saving with or without a name.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Since it is CPO you should take it to the dealer you got it from and get them to explain exactly how to save/store the destinations or fix it so it works correctly.

Bluetooth phone and music register work fine. The music register is now clean and empty while I was troubleshooting. "Saving Procedure Unsuccessful" is all I see no matter how I try and save. Just like the OP
