comand draining battery?

comand draining battery?
have a bit battery drain all the sudden and am suspiscious of the comand
it feels hot and is clicking when i get in the truck
took the dvd nav disc out but did not solve the problem
wondering if this would be in the comand unit or if this truck also has that audio gateway that soemtimes does not shut off right?
car has a 2 new batteries and new alternator in the past year
truck goes to the shop tomorrow
any info would be great

update on this issue
my indie spent a good bit of time last week tracing the drain
we narrowed it down to the hatch controller, motor or something
there is a tsb about a software update for the rear sam addressing this issue
so i took it to schumacher mercedes in phoenix to have them do that, check it over etc
they did the update but did not solve the problem,thought it was the controller but that was not it either
turned out to be the 2 red buttons in the hatch door, the part is on order and i will update this again in a few days if it solves the problem

problem solved
after a lot of diagnostics this turned out to be the red buttons in the hatch door that will close it etc
this is a super easy part to check for a drain and if showing in the hatch stuff i would check it first
