replace just front air bag?

It depends.. corrosion can make this job a real pain. If the fasteners arent corroded badly its not a bad job. Two hours is really unrealistic unless youve done it before and there is no rust or grease everywhere. You really need to do them in pairs as the other wont be far behind and the rear ones will be going shortly as well. I did both fronts on my 11 GL450 along with new pads and rotors and it took me about 6 hours taking my time. I replaced just the air bags as the struts themselves were still fine. Ended up having to do the rears 4 months later....The factory bags are junk, If Toyota had come out with parts this failure prone there would have been a recall. These trucks and thats what they are can be dangerous to drive with deflated bags. If you drive your vehicle with bad air bags you will burn up the air pump which is really pricey. Good luck
