DEF (adblue) heater

My GL popped a SCR fluid heater code, so I started looking for new heaters. $800 for a used one (not smart) $1300 for new. Seems excessive, so I did some looking around and bought an Audi Q7 assembly for $350 new. The bowl and sensors are obviously not the same but the heater element is.
If your looking for an inexpensive solution. Simply cut the heater wires off the Q7 unit and splice it into your GL/ML bowl and done saving $1000!
BTW Be VERY careful removing the heated line from the control module. It is very delicate.

Strok, thanks for weighing in.
Two things to note in your post. That 350$ is USD and I am in Canada. The second is that, while the company was selling related products, it did not have this particular product advertised at the time of the repair. For a Canadian, at the time of repair, this was the easiest and cheapest solution.
