I'm hoping someone can help me with a secondary air issue.

I've got the P0410 issue coming up and I don't know whats wrong.

So far, I know the Combi valves are good. The engine is sending the correct vacuum to each of those valves at the right time on cold start. The fuse is good. I have a visual relay in place and I can see the relay actuate when it's supposed to. I pulled the power plug slightly off the secondary air pump and tested that it received 12v when the relay sent power to it. I tested the pump itself to make sure that it works when supplied with correct voltage and ground.

I know the car is trying to give it voltage, but it's not giving it ground.

Any thoughts on this issue? I appreciate your time.
