Quick and easy one I'm sure. Was hoping to find it via Google or elsewhere but it is oddly hard to find.

Is the date stamped on the bottle of touch up paint a manufacture date or an expiration date?

Most likely expiration. Just shake is very good. If it's dried out, add a little paint thinner.,
