One of the ball studs (the one that is bolted to the level sensor "arm" is rusted up pretty good. I can clean it and grease it, but would like to start fresh with a new one. Problem is, I can't find just the stud. The local dealer can only get it in a "kit", along with the connector arm (rubbery/plastic thing) for $31. Local NAPA doesn't have the proper stud size (diameter of threaded portion is too large). I can't enlarge the sensor arm's hole since it's lined with metal to prevent the hole from enlarging over time. Tried googling and had no luck, too.

The size of the ball is 10mm, which is pretty standard. It's the thread portion which is a size M5, which is proving the difficult part. Anyone know of a source for this? Obviously it's the not the end of the world if I need to buy the kit. It's just wasteful - both money-wise and that the existing plastic arm thingy is perfectly good. Spare, I suppose.

What about buying used from a junkyard like Copart or similar? Maybe try reaching out to one or companies on ebay parting out a GL
