New Airmatic Bag poped when driving back home
I have a gl450 2007 - which was leaning to the left so I replaced the front and rear left airbag and the car was doing fine for a month - yesterday when driving back home i heard a pop when going over a bumpy road.
Drove carefully and safely got home - I noticed the left rear - is relatively lower then the remainder of the car wheels.
Today morning I inspected and see the rear bag is all crumpled up and squished. I jacked it up and took off the wheel and got the bag out - here are some pics .
The flimsy screw that hold the airbag is broken and I don't know if this problem is going to reoccur even after replace the air struct. - please suggest / help.

The screw is just to keep the airbag in place when there is no weight on it. So if you just fanagle is when installing and verifying it stayed in its place when you put the truck weight on it- you should be ok.
Speaking of keeping the airbag in place - looking at the puncture location I believe the airbag was not seated correctly and thus pinched on itself and got punctured in short order.
