I can't offer technical guidance on this, but standard practice is to clear the codes, see if that allows full control of the vehicle and also to see what codes come back. Especially since nothing else is known about your vehicle and whether or not some of those codes have been in there for some time.

I cleared the codes and all 7 codes came back right away. Car is in Canada, the weather is very humid right and is around 80F outside. The car is accelerating very slowly as if the turbo is not boosting.

Lack of turbo boost(by itself) will NOT throw a code. On mine the pipe from the turbo out to the intercooler popped off! Had virtually NO acceleration but no codes were tripped.

To help diagnose, check to see if the turbo actuator is functioning properly. This can be done by disconnecting the linkage and giving it some throttle to see if the arm moves. If not, you will likely have to perform this repair:

mariusz45 what did you end up finding. Almost exactly one year later, in Canada, same issue....exact same codes.
