Well that was a serious PITA. I just did motor mounts and transmission mount on my 320. Holy crap are they a pain to get out and in. The drivers side was tough but the passenger side was a complete nightmare. I had half the freekin passenger side tore apart to get the 16mm headed bolt out of the mount and then I couldn't get the ******* out from its hiding place between mount and engine.

All because the Dealer told the Mrs that the rattle she heard was a bad motor mount. I declined the work and she freeked out. $170 later and five hours of serious cussing they are all changed. Transmission mount I received had studs in place of the bolts so I had to drop the cross member.

Best part is the rattle is still there!
