Did any of you have to deal with warranty returns of Bilstein shocks? I was told that I have to pay for shipping. I know pretty much any other business provides a return shipping label for warranty returns. (like Arnott or Dell) Just want to figure out if they are trying to scam me or I should not buy Bilstein products anymore. Working directly with Bilstein on warranty claim. I did this last year and I think I had to pay for return shipping, but didn't think much of it for some reason. Both shocks failed in 5 years (or less) of service. Oil all over my floor.
