Hi - i have a UK registered 2009 GL and i have a Voice control unit issue - Everything appears to work except the voice recognition is not working and when using the telephony function the caller can't hear me but i can hear them - this leads me to believe that maybe the microphone is not working or the whole thing is defective. What are your experiences on how to fix this - any advice would be appreciated - thanks in advance!
