Just noticed this, but when exiting the vehicle with key in pocket, when you hit the black button after you get out and close the door, it won't lock the doors... I have to hit lock on the key... But when returning, grabbing the handle WILL unlock the doors. Is there a reset to fix that button for locking

Wow, I'm having almost the exact same problem. In my situation, the exterior black buttons do not lock the doors (driver's side doors). The unlock feature does not work on the driver's side either.
HOWEVER, the passenger side works (both doors) for both unlock and lock! Very unusual. Everything used to work fine until last night.
Keyless Go works fine.

Any suggestions would be greatly helpful.
