2008 GL550
Wheel speed sensor repaired/replaced?
About to buy a used GL450 and there are several entries over the course of a few years on the carfax which state that the wheel speed sensors have repeatedly been replaced.

Any idea what this might be?

2008 E63 wagon (1 of 62)
There are 4 on the car. The front 2 on those vehicles had issues with the wiring breaking inside the insulation between the spindle and the strut. Could also be that there was rodent damage since they will eat just about anything, and they especially seem to love wiring insulation if the vehicles sit around for a while (weeks at a time) without moving.

Makes sense.

Apparently, one of his dogs was the one causing the damage.
