2011 GL550 White smoke and cylinder misfire

I have a 2011 GL550 and it has sat in the driveway for over a week since I do not drive it very much. Mileage is around 105K. After the week it sat in the driveway, I went to start it up and white smoke started to come out of the exhaust. I just drove it from outside, into the garage. Then, upon putting the vehicle into "park", I saw that the check engine light was on. I scanned it and a bunch of pending codes came up for Misfires for Cylinder 1,2,3,4,5,6. However, I checked the codes for the current one and it was Cylinder 6. Anyone has had this problem or know a solution?

Thanks
Tek

That would teach ya drive the darn thing and don’t let it sit

misfires could be be coil or plug. My vote goes for plug- especially if they have never been done. The white smoke is condensed water- no worries.... however, if it doesn’t go away after 10-15 minutes you have an issue- check coolant level and if low you blew the head gasket at cylinder #6. Good luck.
