I have a 2013 GL450. Rear lift gate will not raise or lower. Press button and unlocks as normal, but only get "whirring sound" for 3-4 seconds, no movement. Have to manually raise or lower. Is lift gate motor bad? Or is in in some kind of safety shutoff mode that requires resetting.
