Out Of Control!!
Make sure that your DAS Xentry is older version than your car. With special tools remove the old VIN from the donor ISM and replace with your VIN. Purchase mileage correction tools to insert correct legal mileage-----plug in go to ISM and follow off line coding instructions.

Programming a used ISM is not easy. First the used ISM needs to be virginized. Once you do that, then you can program, SCN code, personilise and activate it. You can use a clone C4 but you will still need online access.

you can also do offline access, but you really need to know what you are doing and have a "connection" at a dealer or use a paid service.

Can anyone help me here to code the used ism to my truck I’ve tried my star diagnostic but it won’t let me complete the coding. I’m located in the Tampa/Orlando area and can tow my truck to your location and of course I’ll pay for the programming. Thanks in advance

It's not just programming it..... It needs to be virginized first. The engine control module, ISM and the transmission control module are all personalized to the ignition switch. Once they have been programmed to a vehicle, they are locked. You need special software to unlock them. If you were in Houston you can bring it over to my shop..... But that is a long way from Tampa.
