Keyless Go Issue

Keyless Go Issue
I recently purchased a 11 GL450 with only one key fob. I went and purchased a Keyless Go Button and installed. It works great, accept now, every time I start the car with the button, the indicator for low key fob battery comes on. When I touch the lower left steering wheel button the battery warning goes out. When I remove the button and install the key fob to start the car, the indicator doesn't come on. Has anybody had this issue or knows about why this may be happening.

I was told it was new by the dealership, I didn't question the batteries because it works when I unlock and lock the doors by touch and remote buttons. But I will go again and replace just to see. Thanks and I'll let you know.

Well to my surprise, or not, the battery cured the issue. Another tid-bit the dealer lied to me about. Why I would think that the used car dealer would actually have put a new battery in the fob is something I'm still questioning myself on. Thanks to all for your thoughts and help.
